We need to stop this conversation. This knee solves all issues with TKA just ask the design team. Depuy had the best surgeons in the world design and evaluate it for us. Seriously, the only thing we have to think about is just how long til we get it and how long til it is RECALLED! (funny bitches, its over for you) Your products are junk, how are the gription cones and augments going? Be smart about your career and get the f out and make a move now to save yourself. What a stupid post. While things are not well for DePuy today and in the immediate future, this too shall pass. DePuy will make a comeback.

Yes they may if patients are able to overlook ASR and trust that the next time they can believe DePuy Sales and Marketing. Don't forget, customers don't have access to the kool aid. Things are not well? That's sugar coating it just a little don't you think? The employees look like they are miserable. Is hang my head in shame too!

The only way DePuy stands a chance to clear their name and build trust is a complete flushing of upper management and marketing. No one will ever trust DePuy as long as there are no consequences for the fuck ups. All the competition has to do when any product is brought up for discussion is plant the seed of ASR.

You are delusional. 'this too shall pass" must be management or a case coverage person stating this. we look like shit to our customers and nothing is being done to resolve the situation of leadership or lack there of.
 




































I am an educated consumer researching for a prospective TKR. I thought I might find some interesting substantive inside information on this board. I am shocked and appalled at the tone of this conversation - incredibly ignorant and childish. God help us if our surgeons are depending on the posters for any reliable information.
 






I can't believe you all are only offering AOX! You are basically saying that remelted poly has mechanical issues. Good job selling against your own product.

Btw, what if that shit fails? You already have said E1 sucks. How do you know YOU got it right? Oh yeah, Collier says so. I bet he still tells you all X3 is gonna catastrophically fail any day now, right?
 












There is nothing better than reading posts from competing reps saying how much better "Their" poly is. DePuy=hylamer,marathon,altrex now aox. Stryker you guys have had so many different polys it is hard to remember them all. Stryker has never figured out poly. Now you are working with grape extract or whatever for an antioxidant bearing. So you of all people should be talking about poly. Seriously give it up yours has and still is Crap. There is NO argument period! Zimmer has had a bunch of different types as well. So no matter what.. poly still is the weak link in arthroplasty and it has NOT been solved. Collier also needs to stop kissing depuy's ass and stick with the facts.
 






As a Depuy rep I feel pretty good that the competition is worried about Attune. We haven't had a new knee in so long this will be nice to have. This has addressed all the knocks against Sigma and basically combines all the good things from LCS and Sigma. The Stryker reps need to be careful bashing AOX poly because they are trying to come up with one right now. According to all the Stryker reps in my area who are already trying to bash attune to my surgeons and surgeons who are using them but have already come up to me asking about attune, we made Attune because sigma sucked. By this logic you will have a new poly soon because X3 sucks. I already have several competitive surgeons who have approached me about Attune and have already committed to booking cases as soon as it is officially launched. I have been in Ortho for 7 years and have never seen this kind of buzz about a product. I haven't brought it up once to a surgeon yet, I am getting asked about it by surgeons who have seen something or heard something through colleges and competitive reps.
 






Then why does your own designing surgeon say it sucks?

And typical that a DePuy rep would be writing letters on CF in the middle of the morning. Maybe WHEN Attune is launched business will pick up for ya pal!

Wow interesting feedback I have done the sales training and it all sound great. It's good to hear feedback from the sales team not just the marketing hype.
 






Don't be naive...it is all hype..plus lets see where your gonna get an up charge for that aox poly..I am courious who the designing surgeon is that said it sucks...I know one of them on the reclaim doesn't like it...good job J&J
