Man, you really must fit in well there. It really doesn't matter whether you believe it or not. And I don't have to prove anything. I was just backing up what someone else said. Sounds like several docs are shying away from DePuy. Which I know isn't a surprise. Just letting it be known that it ain't a game changer. Even if it was who would believe it? Not the non kool Aid drinkers.
 


















Has anyone else seen persona out there? I know they didn't change much with it but I have seen their instruments and implants and think they would be an easier sell than attune. I've been considering going over to zimmer for a while now and the Attune hasn't really impressed me that much. They have a constrained bailout and they can use Nexgen poly and Tibial trays for guys who aren't sold on e poly or asymmetric trays.

Attune is legit. Revision system to follow. Took years for Triathlon TS. Stryker will fire you all the second the stock number deems necessary. Triathlon has its problems. No TK patient is fully satisfied. Those synthes reps know ortho like no other so wait til they start asking for that recon business.

I don't know where to start.
Maybe that one of the Attune designers has shifted his knees to Zimmer because of the instruments.
Or 'synthes reps know ortho like no other'. Seriously?
Plates and screws really have nothing to do with balancing a knee, cam post engagement, PS vs CR, version of an acetabulum, etc, etc, etc, etc.
 






The Stnthes rep in my area just started covering totals. What a cluster fuck. Ask them any question about TKA and they turn red and get on the phone. Probably told just to open up a box, then you gotta convert and next thing you know I'm in the room bailing Dr out because synthes rep was like a stone cold rock. Didn't know what to do. Great training. The only game changer at Depuy is the mistake of letting trauma reps jump into recon. Wrong Move...
 




































Good! That makes me feel better as my surgeon is being shown Persona instruments all the time. At least I tell him our plastic instruments are colored coded. Honestly, why did we come out with the Attune? There is nothing wrong with the Sigma
