Attune info

Black metal is colored with a sharpie I guess? So, it comes off on surgeons' gloves? That's why it's been around for 15 years. And, oh yeah, you sure cleaned up the ASR mess. Let's discontinue because of lack of market share, and implant the rest of the inventory...oops, I guess they are falling out. Well, let's put them in anyway.

Hey, I'wasn't here for ASR mess but we cleaned up. We have the best of the best products For patients. Data doesn't lie.

Data, what data???? Attune has no data. I think its very good but again a "gradius" doesnt change kinematic abnormalities. A medial pivot type knee, according to kinematic and fluroscopic "data" more closely replicates normal knee kinematics.

A medial pivot knee works in theory but the medial pivot knees don't always work. There can be issues with alignment of the tray. I used to work for wright and I would not want the medial pivot knee. Persona and attune are most advanced knees on the market

Why would there be problems with alignment of an asymetric tray? There should not be. In fact it should lend itself to better patella tracking

Saying you werent there for the ASR mess makes you a relative rookie. I can assure you it was not a positive experience for anyone, mostly the patients. We all buy the cool aid the companies sell us. My best advice is to read as much scientific data as possible (not company derived) and registry data is a great source. Good luck young buck.....it aint what it used to be.

Ethically he's right. Sacrificing a good PCL goes against oath. Only trained PS guys say otherwise. Just lack of experiance and confidence.

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about! Explain what a "good pcl" is? Do you know? This debate has been going on for years!! The best knee surgeons in the world have been arguing this point forever! You are not one of them! "Sacrificing a good PCL" seriously! You have no understanding of biomechanics! Especially in knee replacements! The best guys in the world are still debating this! They do not have the right answer..You especially don't! Shove it dork!!

It's not our job to decide if PS or CR is what the surgeon should use. You have a PS and CR option so provide them with whichever they want. There are top surgeons in the world using PS so who are you to say they are wrong. I personally would be more concerned about the surgeon putting in the knee than if he is using CR or PS. By the logic posted above all the surgeons should be using biomets acl preserving knee for patients who have functional ACLs.

You know any big time surgeons who use PS knees that are NOT highly paid to do so and praise them? If your not having those discussions wih your surgeon you are just a box opener.

Did you eat a lot of paint chips as a child? Live in the back room at a gas station? Sniff glue? Or are you carrying an extra chromosome? Maybe you should try reading a book sometime, it could do you some good.

Hey r*****. Persona knee getting sued the shit out of. You know a surgeon using it still? Turn on the TV and watch any channels commercials, heavy advertising to sue Zimmer for that knee specifically.
