These stats are a very pathetic reflection on your company and the quality of people that are there. I am sure not all of you are bad, but finding good quality people for openings will be very hard because all the head hunters know the gig at Gilead is for shit. There is not that many reps overall, most will leave into oncology or other disease related companies. The Vets that have their millions and got lucky for doing nothing will retire and Fag City executives will be in stripes eventually.
