ARE WE BROKE??

Are these people too high and mighty to make their own damn coffee. Never heard of a company where an employee makes coffee for everyone. Ridiculous!

And you find this more ridiculous than laying off them off at Christmas with no severance? That's your issue that someone made coffee and your afraid the workers got a cup? Heartless! We don't care about the coffee clown- we care about other human beings! The workers didn't post, approve, or budget for the position - management did.

Talking to (no one named) in accounting is that they cant afford any severance packages.

By spring time OI will be over 50 million in the red. If sales fall from this point on then they will have to shutter the buildings.

Here's a suggestion- instead of insulting the hard workers that are being laid off by telling the press they gave severance - how about the truth?

And here is another suggestion ....How committed are the VPs to keeping the shutters off? Committed enough to take a 50% pay cut in the 265-280 k average base pay and forgo their bonuses? Now THAT I could respect!

If VPs, directors and manager (proportionate to their earnings) did so staff would undoubtably follow suit. If you want to be followed LEAD!

First of all learn how to spell....you're not your. The point was that Executive Management sucks and is not even capable of making a cup of coffee! Don't ever call me heartless! Many of my best friends we're let go........

How about it CEO / COO? Are you willing to make a sacrifice to save the company and jobs?

THAT would show leadership! An email to A&A committing to a 50% reduction in Execs salaries , and no bonuses, copied to employees, would really restore faith in you. THAT would be a great way to start the new year guys and gals!

Organogenesis should file bankruptcy then rehire new administration at half the cost.

Kind of don't need middle management either. They got rid of half of the staff, doubled/ tripled the work for the rest of the workers and then instead of chipping in to help most of them are on vacation for the next two weeks. Way to motivate! Way to inspire!

Great ideas! I am sure the Execs appreciate it! Any more great ideas for them? I sincerely hope they'd listen, but if they don't maybe the employees can bring their ideas directly to A&A c/o A&E?

I don't think we need a CEO. The COO is an expert in managing bringing companies into the red. Layoff the CEO and then debt will be down by 1/2 of a million dollars.

I have heard a LOT of employees willing to take a proportionate cut in pay if the VPs were committed enough to the company and the employees to take a 50% pay cut in the 265-280 k average base pay and forgo their bonuses.

Jeff and Gary - which of you will b first to step up to the plate?

Maybe they should work the holiday....I'll be out sick.

Well G&G , inquiring minds want to know

I find it fascinating that there are so many posts from someone pretending to be on the inside of the company here. Learn how to spell people's names. If your going to pretend you work here, at least look up people's names on the company website before coming here and posting.

Why is someone from the outside spending SO much time on these supposedly "company" boards? Why do you care? What do you have to gain from spending so much time here, complaining?

Most of the posts the past two weeks read like one guy talking to himself. Or maybe two guys talking to each other. So interesting...

How many folks are related to the COO and CFO

Hmmmmm.....who would reply negatively to a post that recommends the CEO/COO take a voluntary pay cut when employees who make 1/7 of executive salary get layer off at Christmas with no severance? Why would someone outside of OI care?

Why would I care if I spelled the CEOs name wrong? I am just a number....
