even if a major competitor is no longer in the market, the price that we are charging for Apligraf is still a fraction of what it was the last 4 years. $1371 < $1700, but the real drop is $1371 from ~$2000 since the $1371 number includes the cost of the procedure to put the unit on the patient. So unless sales are going to go up 30-40% from when sales were going well, no one is coming back.

Did anyone notice how the friday afternoon email with that weeks sales stopped coming out last year? It stopped as sales went from 1800-2000 units/week the first half of 2013 to 1300-1400 units/week the second half of 2013. I'm not going to bore people with the math, but at the new price point, we would need to be selling in the ballpark of 3000 units/week just to have the same income that we were last year.

It stopped going out because they didn't want us forwarding sales numbers via email, dummy.

Nice try (well, actually predictable reply. But I am being nice). You left out one point. didn't want forwarding those declining numbers. There are still sent out, via email, as they have for years, but to a smaller crowd.
