smart to stay with the company match. The trollean offers from Sage match their wanna be big player schematics. They will have to be bought out….the burn rate will be too high to sustain the grind of chasing every NBrx……Wall Street volatility and Biogen partnership with a company who is gearing up OIG. The day of reckoning will burn in a blaze of glory….target those receptors with ass holes.

Agreed, I wanted the leverage to do the same..I believe it worked. My company sounds like they’ll go up as well.

Sage was so good up until final interviews. Could be a sign of things to come. Seems they don’t know what they are doing and everyone should have been contacted by now. Heard Biogen offers have all gone out and reaching over $190k.

They got too cute with these “hiring events”. A complete waste of company time and resources and the execution was just disorganized. Shouldn’t have over thought this and candidates wouldn’t have such a bad taste about them at the end. Same ol Sage

3 years later and you are still drinking the kool-aid. You should be embarrassed by your stupidity. Go back to sticking your head in the sand.
 












I received my offer yesterday. Very pleased with the whole package. The offer didn’t say anything about the car allowance or mileage though which was discussed in the verbal offer. Anyone else have this issue? I was told they will be resending a new offer letter with that info.

regardlesss, signing one with several solid market entries in CNS in the next few years is risky. There are several readouts for phase 3 anxiety, MDD, PTSD, ODD, Bipolar drugs many of which with novel mechanisms of action. Non competes in this industry with the inherent volatility of job security is BS…..unless you’re scared your talent will ghost you bc you sold them a line and they figured it out.
