What is your current reimbursement? What vehicle are you driving? Miles per month?

Correct. What everyone forgets is that Sage did the same thing 4 yrs ago and all the reps were left with a shit vehicle when they let everyone go and then put into a fleet program with another company. They lost big time.Right. There is a reason established companies offer fleet vehicles and those with low or pre-revenue do not. These companies with less money are not doing mileage reimbursement because it costs them more. It saves them money, and costs the employee more.
I can’t believe anyone is trying to trick themselves into thinking they can win on 22 cents per mile reimbursement when the going government rate is 65 cents per mile. Sage is being INCREDIBLY cheap here and unless you are buying some budget ecobox car that will be miserable to be in, you are losing. Like someone else said earlier, they really need to rethink this, as they are basically incentivizing people to not work as hard with this program. Last thing you want during a drug launch is people thinking twice about seeing more customers. At 22 cents per mile they should be letting you charge gas to the corporate card as well.

https://www.automotive-fleet.com/155980/30-reasons-to-avoid-driver-reimbursementTrue story. you can’t spin the significant financial loss of repping out of your own vehicle.
I understand them not wanting to build out a fleet just yet, but the 22 cents a mile is just laughable. Even Axsome is giving better and everyone was talking about how bad that was not long ago. I don’t think there is a mileage reimbursement in this industry as low as Sage.
As pathetic as idiot reps whining online about the reimbursement rather than moving on from the process.Spot on with Axesome. At the time they were the worst of the worst with the auto reimbursement but Sage now has taken over that honor. Ridiculous and pathetic!

Actually, Axsome pays nearly $650 as a fixed amount in addition to .variable, 26 per mile (FAVR)
