Most offers from what I’m hearing are 130-160 with a sign on bonus and some stock

final 2 candidates ALL had to be interviewed in each geography and then a leadership debriefing had to occur. Many interviews were still taken place on Friday. Lots of excitement and anxiousness but it’ll all happen next week.

I think he means 15k sign on bonus. The bonus potential is 44k per year from what I hear.
