I’m sure all the candidates they ghosted will be excited to accept their backup offers lol well played Sage…they don’t have the advantage of quick turnaround pressure, especially if you’re weighing multiple offers. Better believe candidates are always entertaining multiple.
 




















































































To bring on after PDUFA. Said lots of pushback from candidates on being hired before; too much risk. Also can make sure labeling is what they expect.

so much for disease state awareness campaign for the providers, that was the point of July hire date. The conversation has changed quite a bit it seems.
 






Well that makes sense because most candidates have a job. I remember hearing something about an Alzheimer’s drug that was declined by the FDA after people were hired to promote it. Probably don’t want a repeat of that disaster.
