they are still doing manager and area director interviews. No offers have been made because those won’t happen until the ‘Live’ event. Or shortly thereafter. They are hoping to get them all the interviews done and people set for the live event by Thursday
 










































Are we certain there will be 2 finalists? Seems pretty cold hearted to have people download this app, win them over with culture and display their people first mentality to send someone off the island.

Yes it’s pretty common. But I promise you if you don’t get the job you will get a nice thank you note and a welcome gift for coming

Sucks for the person who loses out but stupid for the company not to have a backup candidate. No guarantee every offer will be accepted. Most people I know interviewing for these positions already have a good job.

Axsome is 650 and 27 cents a mile if I am remembering correctly.... Pretty much the same thing.

The issue with all these low per mile reimbursements is you lose money unless you never drive, the more you drive the more you lose, and you can't effectively do your job without driving.

it really all depends on how fuel efficient your vehicle is

getting ghosted after all of the time and effort of multiple interviews sucks and I feel your pain, this has happened a lot in multiple industries (follow Adam Karpiak on LI)

there are posts out there about over-staffing for this launch, and questions about sales dollars to rep costs (viability)

as appealing as Sage is, maybe you were ultimately spared a layoff in 12-18 months

Currently at Axsome and I don’t know anyone that’s getting over $600. Everyone I know is at 5-something per month. Mileage changes every month due to your local gas prices. Definitely not industry standard
