Of course it does but even driving a small sedan you are losing with this reimbursement setup. For those of us who have gotten accustomed to driving a large 3 row SUVs for a small amount taken out of our paycheck, it's a big hit.

I think they just don’t have a fleet set up yet, because they don’t have very many reps currently promoting brexanolone. They kind of appear more as a “start up” where as Biogen is more established with sales force and fleet cars.
Sage isn’t hiring more reps, all territories will have shared responsibilities with the top 20% of targets that both sage and Biogen will call on..where ever you have a sage rep, it’ll be a Biogen rep.

I think the no company car is a bummer, probably a 15k hit depending on what your current employer offers. I am fine with it as long as they make up the value elsewhere.
I am pretty sure they had a fleet for the infusion team, so this is odd.
