Apart from this ^ it’s not bad here . Plus as a female leader I will get promoted regardless of how I perform. Oh and don’t worry I’ve hired an incompetent Director (KD) and I won’t do anything about regardless of how many people we lose in the West because that would make me appear incompetent.

Word on the street is some gave notice today. Is this true? Why are so many leaving in a hurry?
