A thought about this. If there were by chance any violative materials floating around, if the company isn't responsible for storage (and thus recalling them) I wonder who is left holding the bag? I'm think about a package I'm going to send to KK for her to store.

In kathy's world, YES! She wants RDs, ZDs, marketing, ops, everyone riding in cars with you to do your job for you. The previous ZDs fought back on this and she ran to Perry crying.

If you don't want this kind of backlash, roll it out properly. Communicate why and what you hope to accomplish by eliminating the storage units. Sending out an email updating "expense guidelines" and letting reps "find" the change is cowardly. The business decision behind it (when heard spoken in her words) is acceptable and does allow for exceptions. Why it has to be handled this way is baffling.
Reps ask your rd if you have a legitimate need for an exception. Bring a solution and not a complaint. This is not an across the board policy.

The post above is by someone that was on the sales advisory board cc with kk earlier this week with me.... I guarantee it by what they said. We had NO idea on the advisory board we were losing our storage units... kk did try and explain the situation though I can't trust her. She says we will see the savings from the storage back in our own pockets... can't trust anything she says. She is a snake. She asked two reps on the call if they were ok without storage units. Not sure if they knew they were going to be asked the way kk likes to plant fake questions at NSM's. The 2 reps she asked fell in line and would not speak up and said not having storage was not a problem for us... funny thing is I know one of them had complained about it previously and said they couldn't stand kk. They didn't have the courage to stand up for us when it mattered. It is true kk said on the call that you could have a one off with your manager if you really need storage but I don't feel they are going to approve most requests... I agree kk needs some PR help because she has not looked good the last several months...

Why not just give us a supplies budget of $70 that could be used on your storage unit, rep bag or whatever you need to run your territory?

It is pretty simple...How about you ask the advisory board members in your zone if they made this decision you moron... they will tell you it was never brought up by them... this was a kk decision... you obviously have no friends here because you are a p.o.s. and can't call anyone to get that simple information... you are the troll and you are a true loser that needs to vanish... even better how about you ask kk herself if the sales advisory board brought this up?? I'm on ad board as well and the preceding post is accurate regarding this decision. ... I prefer not to comment on kathy because I am scared they would spend $$$ to somehow find out who posted... hang in there everyone. It will get better.
