Subtract 10 ZD's at the what? 300k they each cost Shire annually? Now that would be a money saving tactic that would really yield something.

No one thinks this is a lone B&L poster.... kk who is the one putting those accusations on here knows that not to be true as well (she does read these). I can't speak ill of PS or our CEO. Honestly I'm not smart enough to deal with the things they deal with. I do question their decision making a little allowing kk to tag along w them everwhere. I am smart enough to know that kk is horrible at what she does. She is self centered and cares about herself first and second and third and then might allow herself to think of others. She should fight for us and stand strong on issues that benefit the sales force. I have been successful in this industry for many years with a few different companies. Honestly, She is the worst I've ever been around. From lying about bonuses to the latest of taking our storage units. She is the worst and it really is not even close. Congratulations kk... have fun getting all those fake hugs and you are the best in Costa Rica. The reps deserve to be there and earned it. You definitely did not.
 






In a bit of irony as I was reading through this post, two storage companies advertised. They know that "good" leaders and companies offer their drug reps storage units. Does anyone know if the sales advisory board was involved in this decision with KK? I can find out as well.

The advisory board initiated the elimination of storage units. Management accepted their recommendation. If you want to blame someone, then go after the advisory board members!!

Yeah right. That narcissist doesn't take recommendations from anyone but herself. She's sniffing out ways to try to save money rather than invest in growing the business. Her only way to grow is to badger customers and break the rules of compliance. Horrible leader.

Please take our storage units, our cell phone/internet reimbursements, the global kicker, our gas cards, our lunch budgets and our company vehicles. Take it all kk.... Boost your resume with all the ways you took from us and saved the company money. Then with that padded resume interview for another job and lie about how great u r and accept the job and leave us......

Exactly!!! I know a lot of people don't need it, but for those of us who don't have a garage or an extra room there is no room for this stuff...coupons, holders, 10+ different brochures for both disease states, branded handouts, CVAs, rating scales/screeners, wall clings, formulary handouts, and the biggest space sucks...BED and Cover My Med kits, plastic brochure holders, BTS kits...and yeah, not to mention the boxes of "recalled" material that are piling up.

Where are we supposed to put all of it??? KK basically just told us to shove it up our a**! They could have at least left it up to the RD or cap it at $50 a month. Or told us before we signed contracts!!!!!

I try to be positive and grateful for what I have, but it's disgusting when the VP of sales does something that punishes the reps who are actually using our resources. Way to go KK, you're demotivation at it's finest.

THIS! 10 less RD's, get rid of half of the over lays and re-align to single territories again (based on accurate call lists and RD input this time). Overlays and too many RD's are a big mistake and extra bloat just like the KAMs and CNEs. Not to mention ruining our relationships with our doctors. Remember those people? Our customers!

Please don't place the blame on the sales advisory board. I am a member of the sales advisory team and we had NOTHING to do with this. We found out just like you did. We did not recommend this you moron. Kk did not ask our opinion before this poor decision. This is all kk so stop that sales advisory board did it lie and get a life whoever wrote that.

What does that save a headcount of maybe 3-4 reps? Pleeeaaaasssseee. Get rid of a couple of RD's and increase their rep count so they are not in the same offices and 3-6 weeks. Put them on a MINIMUM 6-8 week routing schedule so that you can actually get through a call plan before they are asking you "what's new since our last ride?". I haven't even had a chance to follow up with the doc since the last time you and my overlay were here.

Some of us need a storage unit. I live in the city in a small condo. I don't have a garage and do not feel that it's fair to expect me to store this stuff in my limited personal living space. Even if I did have more space, why should I have to store the extra clutter at my residence? Many have HOA that fine you for a large amount of packages delivered on your front porch. Many will require you to have a permit to operate a business out of your home.
