Here's something to ponder. If Kathy Kobe is so good at what she does then ask yourself these questions:

Why has she only worked for Perry for the last 15 years?

Why does she get removed from companies along with Perry when Flemming moves on?

After she was shit-canned from B&L (right after Perry that is) why couldn't she find anything on her own? She had to wait around 6 or 7 months until Perry "made room for her" at Shire.

Stew on that for a bit.

If we took a CONFIDENCE poll of our sales force, Kathy would have very HIGH APPROVAL ratings! For some reason, you do not like her and post trash everyday! She must have fired you and this constant posting is your meager means to revenge. It must be a real dilemma for you to see a highly talented female do well! Now this is the biggest laugh ever. I'll call your bluff. If she's so confident, have her send out a poll or an engagement survey like we used to do every two years. It's her second year here so she's due for the feedback.

So true. Kathy will NEVER do a salesforce poll or engagement survey. NEVER! She and her pack of followers know that employee morale is at an all time LOW. She does not care.
She could easily change this by doing a feedback survey for the entire NBU. But she does not care about the ideas or feedback of the sales force. She is all knowing in her self acclaimed glorious perfection.
