How do they bring in new RBM in Denver as a Senior RBM when you have others that are here with more experience and are not Senior RBMs. Once again how they think if they like you or not. I know that area is and will stay at the bottom but that is no excuse. They should have to earn their pay as well. Great culture. We that are here just feel like crap now.Do not go to HR. Document and record based on law in your area and go to EEOC. If you feel threatened, even go to the police to protect yourself. In a hostile threatening work environment you can even get a restraining order.
