How do they bring in new RBM in Denver as a Senior RBM when you have others that are here with more experience and are not Senior RBMs. Once again how they think if they like you or not. I know that area is and will stay at the bottom but that is no excuse. They should have to earn their pay as well. Great culture. We that are here just feel like crap now.

Come on! You are all in denial if you are not actively looking! Senior leadership does not even try to hide their favoritism and blatant discrimination! All done in full sunlight with HR and Joe!
 




















This poster is correct. My mgr. made a statement that a member of the team updated resume on LinkedIn. Scary huh? What about looking for a sales strategy?
And this is why the ship will sink bc they aren't professional enough to be doing things that actually contribute to the company's growth. They are stalking former and current employees? Goodness. They have entirely too much time on their hands.

Do as they say not as they do. Shut up, never challenge or go to HR. They watch everything and if you block them they will come after you. Never let them down grade your worth. I am not sure what they are tying to build but demand better and hold them accountable.

Are they even trying to build? They have pushed out reps. and a couple of RBMs. They still want to push out more. Is this building? People can think for themselves. What they are doing is a morale killer.

My RBM said this is a classic salesman’s drug. It’s really going to separate the good reps from the bad. Our advantages are we already know what the objections are going to be so we can prepare NOW to overcome them. Plus providers are already familiar with Rytary so that makes are job easier As one of my former colleagues said thats a bold strategy cotton let’s see how it plays out (yes I know it’s also from a movie)

Good luck doing that as you sell an overpriced Me Too product with no real advantage to patients. Add to that Amneal keeping the price of generic Rytary hi so neither product is affordable. Yep Amneal is all about the patients. lol

Life doesn’t allow us to go back and fix what we did wrong in the past, but it does allow us to live each day better than we previously had. Don’t beat yourself up. We’ve all done things we’re not proud of and you are far from being unique. If you don’t think this has happened from entry level all the way to the top, you’re kidding yourself. Your post could have been written by so many who did or continue to do the same thing. We all have bills and families to feed and are desperate to stay employed. It’s great you have a conscience, but you need to forgive yourself and learn from this. I doubt you’ll make the same mistake twice. Good luck to you in your future and strive to live tomorrow better than today.
