Here’s what I don’t understand. If you get put on a Plan why would you still want to be here? Let’s say you get off said Plan, what does that mean? The Company has already signaled their willingness and desire to get rid of you. Why would you want to stay and work for a place that doesn’t value you? I 100% get being here while on a Plan but looking for a new job. That does take time. You may HAVE to be here to pay the bills (most of us are) but why would you WANT to be?
Secondly as we see all those around us get put on Plans, what makes us think WE are safe? Why would WE want to work somewhere that has us waking up in fear and uncertainty about our futures? Again we all have bills to pay, not knowing if we will have a job in 6 months is super stressful. This used to be a decent place to work. We had a sense that we were a team working together. Now? It’s a toxic work environment. If this place showed any indication of change for the better I completely agree with riding out the rough patch. Unfortunately the ‘leadership team’ has shown their cards. They will not be happy until they have significant turnover in the sales force which they will use every means to achieve. For those of us who would be left we’d know we were not valued, treated like 2nd class citizens and working along less qualified people then we have to day.
In short, this train is not getting turned around. Find the nearest station to get off and enjoy your life and work again. Then you can peacefully watch this company go completely off the rails and over the edge.
I can confirm that is 100% correct. Close with someone in HR and they said they are determined to turnover sales force and get younger and a team with more energy that knows less than them. Knowledge and experience is a negative here. IPX will be like selling a very expensive car and need more aggressive team. They do not even have a plan yet. Wait until you see what is coming. Also many placed on these plans unfairly have built this company in fact so that they could hire the new leadership to tear it down. Tough to leave and hoping Joe or Shirag will step up and stop it before the company is completely dead. Also tough to find a job out there. Amneal is not an admired company to recruit from due this negative toxic culture. Why bring someone negative into a great company. I have received calls asking why all the turnover and how they can get away with it. Questioning Joe, HR annd Shirag. Only takes one until this house of cards will fold. It is coming. I have never seen this many current employees wanting HK to fail and she will not. She will move on once the heat is on and she is trapped like the rat she is.

Two reasons come to mind. As you mentioned we all need to pay our bills, have insurance etc. The second reason has to do with standing up for what is right. We all know of the favoritism that was granted, and changes that were made to keep some reps and managers off of plans. Honestly, I don’t know how anyone can legally be on a plan with the way the rules are twisted for each employee to fit their narrative.Any good labor lawyer or the EEOC will tell you this, and especially if you have the documentation to back it, which is apparently out there and has been reported. I seriously doubt others would perjure themselves when subpoenaed. Now back to your question, if you leave on your own free will, you can’t move forward with any of this. I think these two reasons are keeping employees here.

Three reasons come to mind. As you mentioned, most need to pay their bills, insurance, etc. Another reason is to stand up for what is right. I believe some are hanging around until they are let go, and at that time will bring this all to light. Any good labor lawyer or the EEOC would love to get their hands on this ignominious failure. It’s common knowledge, documentation has been collected by multiple parties and will be used if needed. Anyone with a brain won’t perjure themselves when their subpoenaed. If the employee leaves on their own will, this can’t happen. The third reason is the hope that there will be change. Doubtful, but there is always hope.

I’d like to make a couple of points on this. First Amneal is a target rich environment BECAUSE the culture is so bad now. Recruiters know that they can easily get an experienced rep with little to know trouble. To your point they also know that the reps who have been around DID build this company and that’s a plus. On the Endo side recruiters know they can find people who have just figured the job out and easily snag them because they are grossly underpaid
Secondly Joe and Chirag will do nothing to course correct because they don’t know/believe we are on the wrong course. Do you honestly think HK is giving Joe accurate information. Or that Joe will do anything to his ‘close colleague’? The only way she is let go is if Joe is let go. And that’s not gonna happen
 




Does anyone know how many are on plans? There have been several resignations lately. The date of the plans have to be getting close as far as next steps. I do know KARMA is a Bitch!
 












The action plans do not state what the repercussions are. They are vague, but have outlandish TRX growth requirements within a 4 week period. The rep. is set up to fail with sales achievement. I read my friend’s plan, and there was no way he could achieve the numbers so he left. He had only been in the territory since end of January. How can they (HR and Legal) justify this? They may as well say you are fired because I do not like the way you look, speak, or walk. There is no sense of decency left at this company. Everyone is afraid because they know this is not ethical.

Both had been here for a long time and had won several awards. Both were also Field Trainers. Interesting that people like that would leave. Helen wants college graduates who will elevate the sales force with their cool vibes. She wants a younger company. She has no plans to work past 50. Maybe she should start her own company before she gets any older. Nursing or Selling?
 




That’s easy. Which one do you you think best suits an individual with a very extreme case of Narcissistic Personality Disorder? Most def not a nurse. She must always be in control. She sees herself as above everyone else, actually very scary…. She will likely always seek power over helping others. If you are not scared, you should be! Reminds me of Hitler. Not a good person. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, FOR YOUR FAMILY, FOR YOURSELF! Not everyone sees quite yet but God sees it all!
 




With as many changes as we have had, holding anyone accountable for numbers is ethically wrong and if ever going to court, a jury of your peers would agree. Amneal and HK think they have a core they can trust. Think again? Not one person here is loyal to them vs those they have known for years and in fact would turn quickly if needed to get back to a culture of trust and loyalty if ever called to testify. I would have no choice and in fact it would give me job security for years due to the retaliation law. Rise, lead and succeed are in place for a reason. Last year HK and HR just ignored and only used age, if HK liked you and look to decide who should go on a plan. The new lady in HR is number one and HK was never more excited to have her. Why do you think LA left? She had morales and saw what was coming. On the stand both will get torn apart by an employment attorney. Employment at will still has laws when it comes to age, retaliation, sexism and discrimination. If everyone that did not hit goal in 2023 was on a plan, even that would not hold up. A jury would hate to hear about the greed and how we operate with sales goals and ROI vs the shame shown in how much we care about them. Amneal overall still has some dignity left and I do believe Shirag does care for patients, but this new leadership is out in the open about making money, driving sales and hitting sales numbers. The patient focus slowly is getting lost. Think about it? If HK and HCS had their way, we would be all numbers and no RLS. What culture is that? I would love for them to review the survey results of the NSM in the spirit of transparency. Why does someone not ask that on our call today or ask anything besides the planted questions from HK. Notice if they do, they will be on an action plan shortly. I wish all of us could put HK on an action plan with clear action steps on how to just be a decent person. I find it interesting that a select few were given massive reductions to their quotas and went magically from the very bottom to the very very top. Coincidental? I think not. This all a game for both JR and HK. They are in this together. And yes, everyone sees how he gazes at her.
I agree also that there are some very serious illegal tactics that they should be accountable for in a court of law. For those of us that I’ve been with the company a long time, we are beyond sickened.

No one is going to sue Amneal. Everyone talks about it on this board but no one has done anything nor will they. HK knows she can get away with this stuff because she has in the past and is protected by JR. They are going to sit here collecting bloated paychecks till it comes crashing down. Then they will get wonderful golden parachutes and be on their way. You all are delusional if you think anyone is going to take this case. Unless you have evidence in writing you have nothing. Any lawyer will tell you that. So spend more time looking for a new job and less time worrying about this one. Amneal is a Dead Man Walking
