One of the 2 reps left the territory after 1 quarter. More proof that the Spasticity Experiment was a joke and a failure. A rep who was there for a quarter then left and an RBM who was there for a quarter. Although that depends on how you calculated it. If it was the original rules he was there 1 qtr. if you use the Q4 new rules he was there a quarter and a half since he got moved back to Endo. Just crazy. I feel so bad for everyone who was in that division. Now they are back with us in PD so it’s not much better

Who is surprised that the photos and posts of our GREAT NSM last week is only getting a few comments. Even Joe’s post fell like a turd in a punch bowl.

Haven’t looked at AmnealU since Thursday. I did notice CH wasn’t there. Along with 2-3 other reps. I gotta think missing an NSM regardless the reason is an automatic firing from HK.

Your sources are awful. Why would he take a job on the other side of the Country? AC is one of HK’s Golden Boys. I bet they have something planned for him where he won’t have to move. They literally made a Revion in Endo for him so he’d not get laid off when he can back to Endo. I’d believe your sources if one of 3 more regional RBMs got let go. If it was KB who is probably next on the chopping block o can see them carving out a Region for him in PD.

Very true. She’s in over her head. Smart leaders want people around them who are smarter than they are. Clearly not the case here. Just look at who she’s hired and promoted with the exception of maybe 1 person. Kelly certainly isn’t a sales leader. She’s certainly not a sales guru. HK has next to 0 sales experience in the field. HK however has set herself up as THE definitive word on Sales. Which is a rehash of 90’s Reach and Frequency models that have proven to be no longer viable or successful in a Specialty Sales setting. Which is absolutely something with experience and years would know.
They’d also make sure we have the basics, you know, like samples

Kelly is wholly unimpressive. KB just makes me nervous talking to him. Now that you mention it we do have some tall people in this company. AC in Endo (apparently ) and BC in PD are definitely HK’s golden boys. They can do no wrong

Easier said than done. HR and Corporate will absolutely have their butts covered. Knowing something and proving something are 2 different things. In the mean time as it drags out you’ll still have to pay your bills and Amneal won’t have to pay you at all. How do you define ‘fair and equal treatment’? Thats a very idealistic approach. Obviously you want to document everything because you know Corporate is doing it. It’s crappy but it’s the business we’ve decided to work in

2023 Performances Reviews will be a joke. If anyone should be put on a PIP or fired it’s the Medical folks involved in launching IPX. 2023 was geared towards the launch of that! It’s why you saw 1% Rytary growth. Instead we got reconfigured Territories and ran out of Rytary samples. Tough to get in front of customers when you can’t deliver what they ask for (Samples). Now we have new Territories with even more aggressive KPI expectations.
Who ever sets forecasts and goals should be put on a PIP till they get it right. Their failures in 23 will only be amplified in 24. They should have to report in every day explaining what they did all day followed by a weekly tracker of activity and messaging due every Friday by 6 pm
Finally if anyone is left from home office who was responsible for the Lyvispah relaunch needs to be gone. Especially anyone who promised fantastic medical coverage. How do you review the sales force when you finally admit it was a horrible drug and a horrible decision? Only 1 of the 3 COE winners was even in the division from start to finish. Since the launch failed do you give them all Needs Improvement? Absolutely ridiculous how they’ve been treated and most likely will be treated during this process.
Give a huge raise to the Biosims team. They are crushing it
Endo keeps putting up numbers. Whoever is in charge of their pricing strategy needs a raise. From my understanding those reps don’t make much so bump up their pay.
