Im not sure who this is, but I could say the same about your message to hide behind the post, you should have signed your name. I worked for DS 5-6 years ago and he was DB back then. Some of the team members complained about him and his behavior then and nothing was done. I can’t speak for what just happened but he was very selective of the reps he liked and bullied back then. Managers don’t get fired for no reason, he did something.

I'm still with the company, different region. Leaving DS was the best decision I ever made, the guy was a bully and treated his reps like garbage. He would pick a new rep every quarter to bully until that rep quit. Look at his region, he had the highest turnover of all the RBMs. The only one that always got preferential treatment was CR, she always did what she wanted and probably still does. He most have done something bad, he didn't get fired all these years with his attitude and behavior and all of the sudden gone.

Agreed. You have to look no further than GP’s replacement. He wasn’t a rocket scientist but have we really upgraded here? I don’t think so. She canned to male RBMs since she’s been here but the one was replaced with a Legacy Impax person. For the most part it’s been legacy Impax folks terminated. I mean we still don’t even have a head of training! Again MM wasn’t exactly suited for the job but these poor Trainers have been running around with 0 direction and leadership since POA. But they still managed to get us trained on Ong and arrange an NSM. Good for them. But they are all Legacy Impax folks (except maybe1) but none have been promoted.

What shit storm? Who can HK fire? We are already pretty lean on reps. Has she cleaned out all the dead weight in home office yet? Is she ready to move on to the RBM’s. Mine had dinner with her and the rest of the RBMs last night. They said it felt like the last supper. I wanted to ask which one was Judas!

I have never been at a more demoralized awards ceremony In my life. How many folks on PD slipped in to COE because top performers left? Then you change the rules? I’m sure Endo had its fair share as well. Is it me or do they all look like they just graduated college and still attend frat parties? And those poor Spasticity folks. God I can’t imagine what they’ve been through given a slap in the face tonight. I saw one rep from there crying. Talk about leaders who cant read the room. I mean you literally had Chiraq in the room. On the stage. And he says nothing? Really? Perfect opportunity to give a pump up motivational speech and they just missed it. The circle jerk going on up there was absolutely demoralizing. I’m making it my mission to not be at next years NSM. And I wouldn’t be surprised if Amneal wasn’t around for the NSM either. pitiful end to an atrocious week
 






It was shocking to see that “they” changed the rules to the IC plan. How can a guy or gal win COE after being in a job less than 6-7 months plus be the only RBM left on the team when it collapses. AC is a good guy but they changed the rules. Why? Then you see multiple COE winners come to the stage and they have stripped them of previous multiple year wins because we are “One specialty company”. The next two weeks will be interesting since NSM will be over. It will be game over for a lot of people too.

Couldn't agree more. Endo probably will get a haircut very soon. That’s probably why AC won COE. They set him up to be one of the safe ones. Don’t you see the pieces on the chessboard? Helen, Joe, Fernando make no secrets about who their favorites are. And they talk about empowering employees? Everyone or most everyone are just waiting to see if their number is called. More in 24? Won’t happen with unmotivated beaten down employees. Upper leadership needs training on how to lead and motivate. Emotional intelligence needs to be taught to them as well. Hope they have their ducks in order cause a lot of people may seek legal advice.

They had to give it to someone and he was in the right spot at the right time. Good for him! I’m so glad they dissolved that team. Never should have happened in the first place. Probably would have had a lot more than the 1% growth we had with Rytary. That’s what happens when you don’t think relationships matter in this business. But to your point that’s the thinking of those with low EQ scores. And in F2F sales you need a high EQ. Same with leadership. This crew doesn’t have them. Kelly is just the latest example. On a side note the folks from Portugal were pretty cool. Got to hang out with them for awhile

One of the 2 reps left the territory after 1 quarter. More proof that the Spasticity Experiment was a joke and a failure. A rep who was there for a quarter then left and an RBM who was there for a quarter. Although that depends on how you calculated it. If it was the original rules he was there 1 qtr. if you use the Q4 new rules he was there a quarter and a half since he got moved back to Endo. Just crazy. I feel so bad for everyone who was in that division. Now they are back with us in PD so it’s not much better

I haven’t been here long so I don’t know who the lady was, but she was crying after the awards reception. There was a lot of disgruntled employees so it probably was a disservice the way they calculated some of the awards. If you lose faith in the system you say what’s the point of trying to win. I hope I didn’t make a wrong choice with this company.

I have known Joe a long, long time. He is so insuecure, he sucks up to almost anyone. The one who sucks back is his new best friend. Pretty soon, all you have is a suckfest. He's good at that.
