What the holy hell was that call about today? It was a giant back slapping session about things we didn’t even need to know. Then at the end HK yells at us for not being interactive enough. It was a 4 pm conference call on a Friday. No one is going to say anything. She is so tone deaf. What did she expect?
 




It was so orchestrated. Each person presenting was reading off a document. It came across as fake. We had all worked in the field and were ready to finish our day yet we were chastised for not being on camera. Chirag even asked why no one was smiling. The grim reaper is standing outside the door. If you do not sustain 100% to goal you are as good as gone. They have been working on more than the NSM at home office. Heads are going to roll in March after the meeting is over.

great question. Considering they are replacing us with Contract reps that seems to indicate they will get rid of people. But with the turnover in Endo (just had another this week) they may plug and play PD reps into open Endo territories like they did over Thanksgiving.

Another one? We lost 2 in TX 1 in IN and 1 in FL in January. So you’re saying 5 days into February we’ve lost another? You’re right though. I view the folks in Endo like they are Wal Mart Employees. Their turnover rate has to be 50%.

Don’t make jabs at us on the Endo team. We came here because were given a chance to enter the industry. We work hard and get experience. When we get better offers it’s hard not to leave. You would do the same if you could.

No jabs intended at all. At least not at the Field Sales Force. You are absolutely right you come in, get your experience and take a better paying job. You are 100% correct I would and have done the same thing. The jab was at management. They are the ones who don’t recognize your hard work and reward you accordingly. That’s why it’s a constant revolving door over there. Apologies if you took that as a personal insult. It was not intended to be. Just pointing out that you guys have incredible turnover.

Have you looked at our Neuro roster lately? Reps. are dropping like flys. Even the over priced Neuro reps. are leaving. What’s going on with your management team? Suck a little?

Yeah the turnover on this side has been bad and surprisingly getting worse. Between both divisions turnover from last NSM has to be 30-40%
We have some really good managers over here if they’d be allowed to manage their people. We also have 2-3 complete idiots who have no business being in a Management role. They don’t inspire greatness they only instill fear.
 




If They think management by fear works they have no management skills whatsoever! They can let everyone go and they will never be able to replace them! The young reps will leave for more money or refuse to work anymore than what they are paid for!

Wrong again. The company has already hired contract reps. There are plenty of reps. at contract companies who are happy to take your place. If you want to stay you will need to work. Pretty simple in concept.
