Wow, it’s obvious to see this individual is a disgruntle employee! I don’t work for Ammon but it’s obvious to see this ex employee I’d bitter. Get a life because no one is listening to your negativity.

Wait, am I missing something here? Why would an EX-employee be disgruntled? I know a few ex-employees of Ammon and they are thankful they got out when they did.
You keep posting about an ex-employee yet like that other person said, there are many people that dislike Ammon. Mainly due to what they are doing to the industry with their shenanigans.

Im guessing that is what the BioDiagnostics clients and employees believed until they were suddenly shutdown. These are major offenses. The local police won’t be knocking on their doors. It will be the Feds. Ignorance is NOT bliss nor does it make you innocent if you are doing business with the Haupts or any other shady labs!

A bit of a false equivalency. Hasn't this charity been in operation for some time now? It doesn't make sense that their legal dept. and common business/compliance sense would allow even an appearance to the AKS.

They have no legal department except for guy who got fired from Dominion and the Haupts have zero common sense. Charity started in Q4 2016 as a scholarship fund, which is fine. Once the Charity started giving classes at client locations to Medicare & Medicaid patients, the AKS violation were triggered. This is the issue. Also does this charity give classes at non Ammon Labs clients? I know for a fact the answer is no. They give classes at organizations that don't treat patients. Also the Ammon Labs gives enormous amounts of money $50k to some clients for charity, then the Foundation give money as well. It is double giving as Ammon Labs funds 84% of Ammon Foundation. Also under IRS regulations charity wings are forbidden from cross marketing with their for-profit arms. They must have a complete separate board, not mention each other in marketing materials, not co-market at conferences, etc. Ammon Labs lead with the Ammon Foundation on sales calls as they know their lab sucks. They even go back to clients they lost pitching the foundation and what it will do for the clients if they come back. AKS & IRS violations in plain site!

You are quite ignorant my friend. Cases have to be built. They allow the crooks to keep collecting government money while they collect their evidence. No lab or doctor ever got shutdown or charged without years of being watched and information being collected. Have you ever read any of the cases. Come back when you do and let me know if what I’m saying is ‘a bit of a false equivalency’.

No, not ignorant in the least - my friend. I was deposed during the LabScam era and have decades of the corporate integrity compliance training that ensued. I don't think these cases are built over years and years. Usually, a whistle blower comes forward and fines, charges are retroactive. And yes. I read the Bio case. I still think it's a false equivalency. Bio was massive, blatant fraud. The Ammon Foundation does not even seem to be under investigation. Could you post a link to this investigation?

I also was deposed during LabScam.

Nice try Mr Ammon Executive. Who would announces an investigation? You find out about the investigation when indictments are handed down! This is not LabScam where they investigated an entire industry. This is a targeted investigation into 2 intertwined entities that involves multiple government agencies, federal and State. The rumor is there are 3 whistle blowers, 2 ex-employees of Ammon Labs and 1 an ex-employee of an Ammon client.

Ammon is a blatant fraud just like Bio. Ammon tells all their clients that the money in the Foundation is from outside sources. 83.5% is directly from Ammon and I will bet any amount of money that the other 16.5% comes from Ammon executives. If you think what Ammon is doing is legal it makes me doubt you were involved with LabScam.

Could it be the two people they fired shortly after the audit are the whistleblowers....AJ and AS? Besides doing the right thing, firing people that worked hard for you and did what you wanted (make money for you by any means) is pretty shitty. Especially a pregnant woman. Disgraceful. It’s a good thing they will be free and clear of what’s to come.

The possibilities are numerous as to the whistle blowers from Ammon. The clients are endless as well. It would not surprise me if there are more than the original 3 cooperating with the investigation. The Haupts have pissed off tons of people- employees, competitors, NJ Comptroller, etc. Adding Awad as a rep on the DL is not helping matters. Awad was already on the feds radar from his time at BRL. In the never ending cycle of Haupt greed, the Awad hire may be Ammon's ultimate downfall!

I have 6 letters for you- JPW BRL! Man this is getting good!

In my car putting notes in my CRM about an Ammon Labs client in North Jersey. Director told me that their attorney is advising them to sever relationship with Ammon because of foundation. They are interviewing labs now and have June 1 start date. They stopped all contact with the foundation as of yesterday. The implosion has started!

The Director of Corporate Development (C.C) at Ammon Labs, who also happens to be on the Board of Trustees for the Ammon Foundation has experience with non-profits? That tells me the foundation wasn’t the brain child of Mr. Haupt.

The link can’t be posted but if you’d like to see it for yourself on the sec.gov website
Google Adzone Research, and the big guys name.

The sad part about this is that the Foundation employees pushing Ammon Labs are in jeopardy as well. Because of the laws they break, the could be barred from working at a 501c3 in the future. There are so many blatant lies on the Foundation webstie- primarily that they only get the administrative costs covered by Ammon. Ammon is over 80% of the money the Foundation has. The workers at the Foundation need to wake up and realize they are in just as much trouble as the Haupts. IRS rules do not contain get out of jail free cards for ignorance.
