Are you really that ignorant? Do you think this entire thread is just one person posting? One upset ex employee? Have you ever sat back and thought about all the people the Haupt family wronged? Ex employees, current employees, ex clients, new clients, your competitors, etc. If there was no dirt to dish about, no one would have anything to say. Nothing is being made up here. All of this is about karma and justice.

Whoever the person or persons that’s beating Ammon down has low self esteem and is insecure. Only that type of person would go on this worthless site and say negative things. You must really hate yourself since all you do is degrade and slander Ammon. Stop being so consumed with Ammon and move on. Try and be a positive person and move on from your issues. It does violate the AKS. 84% of Ammon Foundation funding comes from Ammon Labs. The Foundation then pays the Ammon Lab clients. This is a money laundering operation form Ammon Labs to Ammon Foundation and then to the Ammon Labs clients. This is not only an AKS violation but also an IRS violation. I have been told by multiple sources that a CMS, DOJ and NJ Comptroller investigation is on going and that they are not rushing this. They want a big win like Bio-Diagnostics. It may take 6 months before this is completed and indictments come down. I have also been told by 7 current Ammon Lab clients that the CEO of Ammon Labs is telling their clients that almost all of the money in the Ammon Foundation comes from other sources than Ammon Labs. This is false per the Ammon Foundation 2018 year end report. I have also been told that Ammon Labs is still billing the same way they were when the NJ Comptroller audited them. Ammon's owners are banking that if they are caught again they will bankrupt Ammon Labs and walk away free and clear. However, that will not happen as they will break the corporate shield and go after them personally. Q4 of 2019 is shaping up to be end of day for Ammon & the Foundation.

If you are selling against Ammon Labs, tell their Clients to ask Ammon for the legal opinion that the Foundation is legal. Also tell the client to run it by their attorney as well. Ammon will not produce the legal opinion because it does not exist! Also print out the Ammon Foundation report and show it to the Ammon Lab Clients. You can also paint the picture that in 2016 Ammon was on the verge of bankruptcy until their CEO came up with the Foundation idea. He tells clients it was his way of giving back, but since the Foundation has been paying off Ammon Lab clients, the lab has grown 3 times in revenue. This is the basis for the governments case. That without the payoffs through the Foundation, Ammon wold be a $6m lab at the most. The government is looking to catch some non-profits as well. They already have 4 Ammon Clients cooperating and the rumor is they are setting up fake treatment programs in a sting on Ammon & other shady labs. Be vigilant in the quest to stamp out fraud in the lab industry!

Im guessing that is what the BioDiagnostics clients and employees believed until they were suddenly shutdown. These are major offenses. The local police won’t be knocking on their doors. It will be the Feds. Ignorance is NOT bliss nor does it make you innocent if you are doing business with the Haupts or any other shady labs!

Not an ex-employee. But I am sure you do work for Ammon! The only people defending Ammon are the executive suite! There are tons on people in my court on this one. Ammon name is getting worse everyday in NJ. the countdown has begun on the downfall of the Haupts!
