AIT Laboratories

First of all it was announced Thiem quit, hahahahahahahahaha.

That's how the game works. Most higher level execs aren't "fired"; they are given the option to "resign" or they are "fired". About 99% of the time, the "resign" option is chosen. Just the name of the game. Similar to EO in the past.

AIT will become lean. They'll turn it around. Just give it time.

Explain how "they'll turn it around". Reimbursements are cut every year, G codes are being adopted by private payors( quicker than expected), and quarterly, monthly specimen volumes are falling. Roughly 1/3 of AE'sincreased 3rd quarter volume over 2nd quarter. That doesn't mean those AE's MADE quota.

Also, how does it take to release an ESOP statement?

Oh how the mighty fall?????

Compliance work is for the birds anyway. Glorified pee testing. The other side of the business - forensic - is more interesting, but only if they could get their act together.

Company has been around since 1990 and still can't figure out how to operate without taking on extreme debt. Execs have come and gone and it is still a mess. The common denominator? I think you can figure that one out. The company and its employees need to stop listening to their own marketing. The service it offers is nothing more than a commodity and isn't in that much demand.

The managers in the lab are great though. They do a good job at developing their employees and have a way of encouraging them to participate in projects that help the lab be more successful.
