How about the firing of some but not of others over not signing the non-compete?
How about the firing of some but not of others over not signing the non-compete?
I see there are numerous openings for CTs (again). Is they there to maximize the number of samples from the remaining large accounts?
The last PA rep, CT, was laid off in March. You are correct that it was almost 6 months ago, but the point is AIT has attempted to enforce non-compete agreements in the recent past. I have personal knowledge that they did so in Kentucky and have heard they done the same in other states.
They cannot enforce one but not another, and they certainly cannot encourage a former AIT employee to work for a competitor and write a formal recommendation while trying to enforce a non-compete on another former employee.
They did not!
PA had zero MC reimbursement! And both AE's were fired for "lack of profitability". I bet AIT's attorneys advised against it. Who in Kentucky did they go after? Initials only
Scare tactics at their finest, but completely bogus. Give someone 6 months of severance, like should have been done in the case of Pa or other tenured reps, then yes, I would not risk going to a competitor during those 6 months. 2 weeks is a joke. Tell a judge that you gave an employee 2 weeks of severance and that the employee needs to go on unemployment in lieu of taking an offer from a competitor..now, repeat the last sentence out loud and see how credible you will sound. Now imagine Scott saying that in court with gravy slopped on his tie, while Tuna with a G cringes because she knows they are both on the verge of being laughed out of court. For those of you who are slow, Tuna with a G would be our legal counsel. If you would like to checmy back later, my next topic of discussion will be "tracking of keystrokes" on company equipment.
But Guna was who everyone was to trust over the non-compete!!!! 6 weeks servance, were you a rep and why were you terminated? Over the non-compete?
