Heard pay cuts are coming
How can paycuts be coming when there are a ton of open positions?
What is the pay range here? What's a true obtainable bonus? I see a great deal of pain on this site but I need to get out of the pod zombies of big pharma!
What is exactly wrong with the product?
Urine: too expensive!! Managed care coverage sucks. I know AIT now has a managed care team now but what has really changed?
Blood: no one talks about the disclaimers!
What is exactly wrong with the product?
LOL! You couldn't argue any of the other points, could you?
No. LOL. Pretty much spot on. I disagree about the product though. Pretty good. They sell urine the way it should be, not like Ameritox and the joke of RXGuardian...decent test selection, could be better though.
We don't care as long as the docs are testing! In reality and based on your experience, have any of your physician clients EVER kicked a patient out of their practice because of non-compliance? I seriously question if all of this testing really changes how the docs practice and treat patients.
Base: 55-60K
commission: based on territory performance
car allowance: zero! Paid per mile, no gas card, pay your own insurance.
Medical/Dental: pricey
401k: OK with company match. ESOP: worthless!
Stick with pod zombies!
thanks for good info! A few quick followups:
what is average or realistic commission?
no gas card, but do they reimburse you for fuel or is that part of the "paid by mile" calculation? I am guessing 56 cents a mile or so?
do you have counterparts? I would take a pay cut to not have to deal with pod zombies
thanks!
So, you are willing to give up the pharmaceutical handcuffs? Medical/Dental is expensive. Ait does not pay for phone or internet
car allowance, gas, insurance, and maintenance is all part of the .56 per mile. Its not really worth it!
No counterparts!
Most likely, the territory you are interviewing for does NOT have managed care coverage. When your commission is based on revenue( received vs billed), you are not going to make any money.
They are tracking your mileage on company phone, so all the pharma talk about big brother is true. No tracking devices on your car though.
Decision is yours!
