After 6 months, I can honestly say this place

I was real lying hoping to wait it out until March after bonus payout and 2 significant RSUs vest but I ca r do it. Just taking the January RSU vesting and building in March incentives in to my next venture sign ons. I’m hearing more and more about a March exodus. Recruiters seem to be targeting hCelg BMS in the past few weeks.

BMS's focus on hiring racial and gender minorities isnt really their idea.

You will feel great the first 6 months during the honeymoon phase of learning where the squirrels hide the nuts. Slowly you will get an inkling all is not well, you will be forced to lie everyday about what you do, and eventually it becomes a demoralizing life sucking job. I would suggest only taking it if you have no other options. I have a year sign on bonus so I will slide by for a few more months. No way would I give these liars a dime back.

when you think of it you make a good point because all the way from the district managers up to the head of sales they are all complicit in a fraudulent salary protectionism scam. They willingly lie like it’s breathing. It does demoralize and suck your soul.
