The night shift isn't the worst, time flies with good company, i cant say a bad thing about any of the operators im with.
have a great supervisor being honest jh.
work hard get your target and go home early, and enjoy the week off.

They should however start rotating people between the shifts though, its been 6 months and some people are fed up exhausted tired etc, and most people had no choice and were told they were going on it, some operators refused and cried about it and got their way to stay on days/evenings. they should be next to go on it regardless because we done our time no excuses now.

People that agreed to go onto the weekend shift should have known better than to say yes. Did you really think that Covid-19 was only going to come and go? As for the people that had no choice in the matter, they were temps. They are lucky enough to still have a job.
 






I am now officially a union member. I looked into joining myself and it's very easy. Cost under €25 pm. They are at the end if the phone whenever you need them. Just join online. Simple. No need for other workers to know. The more that join the better and they will give great advice.

Join a union? They will do nothing for anybody up their tat place is infested with vermin, and the problem with vermin is they thrive among other vermin. We should be all putting together a few pound to get rentakil in to clean up the place. They only people who get on up their are rats, part of a click or love the taste of ass. I worked along side a man for a number of years on the line he has now climbed the ladder to supervisor and Iv heard some horrible feedback from people on the night shift of him as a supervisor. A bully to both male and female operators, doesn’t care for the operator’s in the slightest has a certain one or two ops that are like his little spy’s running back to him with feedback.Heard he expects 100% target with 50% headcount. Atleast the hair on his chin keeps him comfy while he’s sleeping over in the office for the 12hours.

So corrupt up their that supervisors are actually determining weather ops are sick or not, the power really goes to their head. People forget that the real world is outside the gates of Abbott and don’t forget all ye gomeys who think yer better than all us ops are actually only gofers for the likes of the managers
