If we had a union set up we cud have asked for an increase in wages for working there, we are back to work next week who wants to set one up or are we all talking bullshit here

You don't need anyone to set it up just do it online. The more that do do it the better the chance everyone has of if starting the union.

Staggered breaks and start times, only a few people allowed in washing and gowning rooms at a time, reduced headcounts on lines with social distancing (still not ideal) and people told to self isolate if they've any symptoms for 2 weeks. Assuming people actually wash their hands and gown correctly (about all that's actually asked of people in there) people should be grand. I've issues with the place like anyone else does but they've done a bit to help out and it's up to workers to do their part too.
