50TRX/Week/Territory Expectation 2 weeks after launch meeting! Too easy!

Well, what managed cere programs are you on formulary with? Which pharmacies have stocked your product? What abuse-deterrant language do you have in the PI? I think a lot of you people are delusional.
Just sell and let us worry about all the questions you posted. Most of your questions are more like excuses why you are failing and not selling. You are in control of your destiny. Create the demand which should be easy with a product like ours. Understand. Don't be a loser and act like a winner. A true Collegium BioPharmaceutical representative. Be proud because we will be the next darling of Wall Street.

And we all know how much a true abuse deterrent drug means in the pain market. Doctors have been waiting for our drug for years. They cannot wait to have it for their patients suffering from pain. This market is now wide open for treating EVERYONE suffering from pain. This is a true innovation that will bring happiness to many patients. Many managers believe it's not too far fetch to get 80rx/week in the first month.

Managers who have NEvER sold in this market. Just wait !

Sarcasm?

I was contacted by a recruiter for a position with your company. I sold in the pain arena for many years with Mallinckrodt.

I told the recruiter that I would rather sell shoes than another pain med.

Good luck -- you all are going to need it.

They hired a bunch of koolaid drinkers with no pain experience. Pain is unlike anything else in pharma.

Yes they hired people who know nothing about the pain market, have no relationships in the pain arena and are in areas where access to offices is very challenging and then wonder why they aren't seeing 8-10 doctors a day and getting scripts written left and right! That's the hiring managers fault. Who does that?
Only someone who has no understanding of the pain space.

Previous articles state that FDA said Troxyca was too easily manipulated. Why approve? The statements about oral abuse are false if the chewing and crushing warning still exist in the black box. Look at the full prescribing information black box warning for "life threating respiratory depression".

Games over...Troxyca ER just approved.... Pfizer reps out number and can out spend, most already own stock.

Why was it approved? Previous reports state FDA said Troxyca was easily manipulated. The full prescribing information for Troxyca has a "do not chew or crush" warning in its black box. Look at the "Life threatening respiratory depression" warning. So how can Pfizer state oral abuse deterrent labeling? Really? Doesn't sound like any big deal to me. A pathetic product allowed on the market.

So........based upon this information, why was Troxyca approved?

Good luck with that one! Actually it will probably have superior sales because that's all people want is a med they can abuse! Let's be real! OxyContin was flying off the shelves when people figured out it could be abused and sales now are doing pretty good again because the druggies have figured out the new model. Medicaid patients will really like this new drug troxyca

You're forgetting one thing...doctors have to write it and there will be some huge changes in the FDA's prescribing restrictions in the near future. It doesn't matter "if the patients love it". There aren't many pain specialists/MDs left that "write on demand". Your argument is flawed.
