60/month are loser numbers. That is a guaranteed "your on a plan" buddy. PIP all the way. 60/wk TRX is the expectation. New data points predict at 50/wk TRX it will be too easy to achieve and marketing will make it too easy for reps to be motivated. 60/wk and higher payout is what motivates reps "the good ones" that is.
 






If you can't do 50/TRX per week then it's time for you to look for a new job. You all were asked in the interviews and all of you "claimed" to have the winning "can do" attitude. So what you said in the interviews is what we are going to expect. It's all documented. If you lied then that's cause for termination.

good friends who left purdont for collegium that u are just kidding with this goal. There is no effin way you are coming close to 50 rxs/week after 2 qtrs, much less 2 weeks after launch ! Youll be fortunate to be doing 50rxs a week in 2 years IF you have good formulary covergae ! Put unrealistic stretch goals on ur reps like that and you will be burning thru reps every 9-12 mos. which will just help all of us @ purdont ! So go ahead, have at it !
 












Totally agree. Looks like we hired some Pharma signature takers that are not used to the true sales of pain management sales. Get ready, if you have the big Pharma mentality you will last 1 month. Every week Early View Data will be looked at. You have 2 weeks from launch to use the "formulary bullshit" excuse, "or too expensive" or whatever bullshit you come up with. After 2 weeks if you don't start generating at least 30-40 rx get ready for a 2-3 day ride alongs and PIPS.

Wow. Really 50trx/week is hard for some of you losers???
first off, many doctors will write this pain drug just to CYA. Why because they can now be confident to provide a powerful pain drug and be able to say with certainty abuse deterrent.
Second, those patients thinking they can get a pain drug they can abuse will not get it. A doctor can now say If you're really in pain I have something that is as strong to provide you that's safe and without the drama of other pain pills.
Third, regarding taking with food. Doctors don't care about that, if you're really in pain go buy bread and take your pills with it. This is just a "smoke screen" and doctors want and now can provide a safe alternative and at the same time "Cover Their Asses" because they can now say they provided an abuse deterrent pain drug!
Now go sell you sorry excuse for a new hire!!! Remember no excuse you make matters. It's all a smoke screen.

Now you reps are finally getting it. 80rx/week will be too easy. That's why many will get rich and signature chasers from big Pharma will be pip out of here if you don't change your ways.
 






You can't sell 50 a week if you only see 4 docs a day. When will you have time for lunch and the bar? This is too big Pharma and too much work. 7 calls a day is just too hard.

i don't know how you keep your pipeline full, when you don't call on doctors. This is a numbers game people you have to actually work and show up. I could have sworn calling on doctors is the job. I know you are 'Special' reps, but they call it work for a reason. They don't call it lunch.

So how many companies can you hide at working 4 hours a day. Is that why you work in pain, because you don't have to detail and can hide behind fake calls?
