42% layoffs announced in NVS global innovative meds

Just in.. first feedback from the earliest cage matches. Yes Vas and his direct reports watch all of the cage matches. A couple of winners hid shives inside their loin clothes. Apparently all employees wear only a loin cloth with chest wrap for the cage matches. The job description is dropped into the cage, a bell rings, and anything goes - last one standing gets the job. Dont hesitate rip the fucking shit out of your opponent, eat their liver if necessary. Keep your job. Shaft your opponent.
Love it! Thanks for a good laugh. So pathetic but so true. Novartis should be ashamed.

So what happens to CRM? The Leqvio launch has been a colossal disaster worth close to 10 billion. Do you release a large part of a sales force in the middle of an unsuccessful launch, or try to move forward at a snails pace and never recoup your investment? PCP needs to go, and the ISS team is past their due date. I’m certain Novartis has some company looking at geographic locations of where reps live in relation to their territory. Either way, you need to have some sort of plan in place. Good luck to everyone.

Churn and burn sales. Cut them by 40% and PSS by 70%. The FRM-ADSR team and management is overpaid and over staffed.
