MJ, GT and their theory that "it worked 30 years ago so it will now too" approach. Where do I start with these guys. Wrong people in the wrong place with the "it's everyone else's fault" mentality. Shady and greedy guys who only share these wonderful qualities with those under them.
 












Hate is such a strong word! I’ve been extremely blessed to have made the money I have made over the years working for Indivior. Of course I have made them substantial more than I was ever paid, but it’s still been a pretty sweet job. I hate how much money they waste on stupid things but it’s still been a total blessing. The only complaint I have is that no one seems to be very Godly. I am not sure if the belief system of the people running things and it is starting to show?

I know the real Michael B and he is a very good person. He is a great husband and father. He got accused of thigs that were so far from what he really is!? He’s the kinda guy that would give u the shirt of his back!
 












In the south, the best thing that you can say about MB is “Bless His Heart”. I do not think a dumber man, ever existed on this earth. He was in his position to be manipulated and he followed every order passed down, no matter how evil. He just is clueless.
 






I did not hate working for this company. I actually loved my job. It was individuals, that made me so disgusted I had to leave. The backstabbing here, was some of the worst I've ever seen in any industry. The worst, by both male and females, in both mgmt and on sales force. I can only hope Marco Polo and J. Bodenbut get their due and get sent packing. Snakes don't just crawl at night.

You are so wrong. He might be those things in his personal life but he is not that in a work environment. He managed by intimidation and threats. He is verbally berating. I have witnessed him screaming and swearing at people in a completely unprofessional way without being provoked. This is not even mentioning how he treated people of other races or female. Management can be there to help people grow, learn and succeed or they can be there to tear people down and find their faults and use them against them. His style was the former. Good riddance and may Karma come his way.

Seriously? Umm. Yes. Its laughable and sad they were ever hired, let alone promoted. That was so old boys club, it was a joke. Yes. Everyone knew how and why they got hired. What was lame was they were allowed to remain. Talk about zero sales skills and Neanderthal personalities. They loved to talk shit about everyone else, but what was really funny was everyone saw them as the stooges. Backstabbing little girlie boys. Hope they've been purged.

Clearly you were one of the few he showed whatever sliver of respect he could muster up for anyone. I’ve never worked for such an arrogant and disrespectful person in my entire life. He has no class and deserves all the crap he got.
