Holding everyone to the same quota. Should be based on territory. Some do have advantages, especially after the realignment. You took injectors along with all the patients away from me, gave them to someone else yet hold me to the same # of injections. #bullshit #moraleislow #zeromotivation
YES! How can the CL’s who have hundreds of injections LTD be held to the same quota as someone who has 50 LTD?
 


















They have said that the down sizing is the right thing for the company. I know now that the right thing is to have ST, V and RS. resign and allow others to move the organization forward. The skills needed are not here
 






The originator mentioned the Guiding Principles being a farce. Have to call out Honesty and Integrity. They both left about two years ago, along with Hope, Faith, and Competence.
 
























Huh? He’s just wind. He has taken our focus off of what’s important forever with his “techniques” that don’t do anyone any good. Funneling model of world and all that shit no one uses. He’s a good person but I havent learned anything of use from him
 












JW is a great person!! He is kind and thoughtful.

MP is awesome, experienced and has great energy.

Indivior is under new management and there is absolutely NO LOYALTY to longtime employees. It is now who V and MJ feel is the best person for the job. It is unfortunate for those that have been loyal for many years but it explains the recent decisions.
 












In my opinion sales training here is a huge miss. FN is awful. He has nothing to offer no innovation no personality even. He’s a walking corpse. Just try to have a human conversation with him. It’s impossible. How can he lead? JW is a good person but incapable of doing anything other than what he’s always done. No one else is prepared to lead us into our new selling atmosphere. This department should be completely new with new fresh ideas. They are doing everyone a disservice by keeping any of them. I’ve never been less prepared by a training team in my entire life than here. If the company was serious about moving ahead FN and JW would no longer be here
