Holding everyone to the same quota. Should be based on territory. Some do have advantages, especially after the realignment. You took injectors along with all the patients away from me, gave them to someone else yet hold me to the same # of injections. #bullshit #moraleislow #zeromotivation

Most of my potentials that I’ve been working on for almost a year are being taken away as are my prescribing physicians. I basically have a brand new territory, so no, I won’t get over it

I agree!! Also, some territories have significantly higher amounts of patients which is more potential.

Addiction is not like any other pharma. The newer people running things do not get that so we are failing.

Maybe. But I think we are failing because we are trying to sell a specialty product the same as we have sold everything else. That is a sells managenment problem

The CEO. Has steered the company into every problem we have had, including law suits, with no skills or experience to get us out. The Board is criminally negligent with investors’ and shareholders’ money to allow him to continue. Should have been fired when DOJ first started investigating.

Lack of industry knowledge, huge ego driving bad decision making, enforcing RBP "thug" leadership style, creating the good ole boy, skirt chasing EC club (DB is simply a worthless token female who became a millionaire by bending over for CEO), it could go on and on. Question, why is CEO forcing entire HQ (or what is left of us) go to POA on that Thursday then closing office on Friday? Up and back same day. No offense to the field but you don't need us there and we don't want to be there. Are the Colts moving back to Baltimore that Friday?
