He should have never been hired, just a blow hard with no skills except telling ridiculous stories. They should have kept Jake instead of him

I hate that we tell leadership that SP is not getting the product out, loses orders, says they are shipping and don't, and leadership says doctors aren't clinically sold.. This ship is going down and leadership must have shorted the stock.

The one reason I hate working here now? It isn't the company it was even 2 years ago. So many terrible decisions. Launching without a peer reviewed reprint, failing leadership, logistics issues, etc. That has all been gone over. What pisses me off is the inept leadership, the incestuous promotions, and blaming the sales force for problems far above our pay grade. Laying off people randomly too. Giving out bonuses under "hush hush" circumstances, hiring a FUCKING REGIONAL DIRECTOR that was a CL two years ago!!! Thank God I'm out soon. It was fun, until it wasn't. This company will be in business class textbooks one day as a case study on fucking up a good thing.

In Q2 2018 film was payed out in the negatives, like -2to3% to offset Dr R losses but raised our baselines so a lot of people were -5% to - 15%, making no payout for film. Then in Q4 the company felt as though we regained those losses so made the payout positive growth only for payouts, and again how many people are making anything on film, not many. There is no coverage, we aren’t discussing it, yet right off the top taking 30% away when the they are still making money. Oh and the PCR’d Dr’s that we don’t get paid on, you guessed it company is still making money.
