wow had not idea that many--Its sounds like a strategic business decision--take the funds out of Triax to show (savings to to investors etc..) outsource the help to Invintiv. Maybe those reps displaced will get hired onto by Inventiv.
If you are still at triax I would really caution the stability here even more--things maybe bet worse.
 












Once again where is Q2 bonus plan? Oh, hold on there, Triax waits until they see how everyone is doing for the quarter and then rolls out the plan halfway through so that only a few actually bring home a decent bonus. That is of cource after they maniulate the numbers in there favoer.
Those reps that lost there jobs last week didnthave medicaid in there territories. Only the reps left do, that is how we make our numbers look so good. Pretty lucrative. Management is not to smart to figure out how we are still calling on them. One rep has 40% medicaid drs. Triax is so dumb. Locoid is being written for me when I dont even need to visit the drs for months at a time. its automatic. hey if they ever figure it out we can just say we didnt no.
 




I was at the AAD meeting. Some of those reps open there mouths and were bragging about keeping medicaid doctors and if they got caught they would play dumb. Let's look at the stats every prez club winner has lipocream on medicaid in their territory. Hhhmmmm some of those reps came from ferndale they knew how to work the system at Triax. What happened to the top reps in Texas once Lipocream got pulled out of medicaid? Those top reps were ranked below the average rep. Northeast pumps out top numbers becuz of medicaid. Those reps are making management look stuipider than they already are.
 
















































Whoever wrote the BK Bomb post at 8:30AM is the exact reason why this company is not taking off as rapidly as it should. We have a few whiney, bitter and lazy reps that would rather complain and make excuses for poor results rather than work a little harder to get the job done. Instead writing posts at 8:30AM on a Friday morning, how about you get your lazy ass into the field to make some calls??
