GSK sees its employees simply as tools, not actual people. we are set up to fail with insane demands with no explanation and no company loyalty. managers do not coach or help, more like always looking to catch you in the wrong. miserable company to work for
Instability, increasing territory size and no pay adjustment, car allowance does not match putting 30k miles a year on a car. Major disconnect between what is really happening in the field and what corporate sees and or expects.
This company sucks. This industry, which use to be fine, now sucks as well. My colleagues are a bunch of kiss ass wanna bees who seem to delight in being pricks to their reps. Sad
