Company promotes its 'Diversity', its a family, we promote within philosophy. But unless u r connected to someone in upper mgmnt u don't get to move up or change depts. Its all about who is connected to make upper mgmnt happy
Too much micro magnt, too many small projects that are wasteful, too many district mtgs, too many conf calls, too many tests...plus need the 9 calls make your numbers and still not get a respectful merit raise-unless u r part of the good ole boy network. Haven't had a mgr in 14mnths...but we r working on it crap.
