What are you thinking? The more time that our RD's/ZD's are in the field-the more often we will have ride alongs...I for one have to do enough damage control as it is. I also believe that they have to turn in some type weekly itinerary -and field time is part of their year end appraisal- at least I know it is for my RD. I volunteer you for My next ZD ride along- have fun!

I second that. I have a great RD and ZD that I enjoy working for. But the field time has been killer. I don't need anymore than I've got right now and I know people on my team feel the same way. Even though I enjoy who I work for and truthfully get some value from the dude alongs at times, it gets annoying for both us, and most importantly, for our offices and providers.

This may be the one thing KK and PS do that actually makes some sense. Hate for anyone to lose their job but it is hard to justify having more than 4 Zones in the US. Some zones only have 6 or 7 regions. Kind of like a region having 6 or 7 reps. Just not a good use of resources. Each Zone should have a minimum of 12 regions and each region should have a minimum of 12 reps.

Just because YOU haven't seen them doesn't mean they don't exist. The maps are done. ZD's have seen them and so have many RD's. Reps interviewing have been shown them as well.

This annoys me. Why is the field always last to see all of this when we are the ones it directly effects?

Savannah is 4 hours from Atlanta. Is AP moving or is one of the current ATL RD's going somewhere? Aren't there already 2 RD's in Atl now?
