Yep. North, East, South and West. The other 3 ZD will be offered a position as a Sr. Regional Director in the RD opening closest to them. Savannah, GA, Los Angeles, CA, Chicago, IL and Austin, Texas. Some will accept and others will move on. What will this change? Absolutely nothing other than a bigger Zone Meeting room at the next sales meeting.

The real question that everyone should be asking is when were the ZD's informed of this decision? I recall very clearly on a conference call KK and PS making an announcement that everyone on the call would have a job with Shire. The ZD's were on those calls. If they are now being let go then that should tell all of us that they are not people of their word.

Or they created the new RD positions to surfice for the ZD's displaced. They guaranteed a job, not the same position.

Agree. Its all fun and games until its YOUR job on the line. Watch how KK and PS treat ANYONE because it will be you in a few months. Anyone who thinks they are on their good side will get a rude awakening.

This may be the one thing KK and PS do that actually makes some sense. Hate for anyone to lose their job but it is hard to justify having more than 4 Zones in the US. Some zones only have 6 or 7 regions. Kind of like a region having 6 or 7 reps. Just not a good use of resources. Each Zone should have a minimum of 12 regions and each region should have a minimum of 12 reps.

Good point. Can we see what a ZD's weekly calendar looks like? Reps
have itineraries so for transparency let's see what zone directors actually
do all week besides sit on conference calls.
