Well, I can honestly state if I am walking in a neighborhood with my head covered and someone comes up to me and wants to know what I am doing there, I will tell them. I will not throw the first punch.

At this point, I have to change my original thinking (he is completely innocent) and sit the fence, until I hear what the evidence is.

But I would not trust ANYBODYwho is walking through my neighborhood in the dark with a hoodie pulled over their head and face. Why hide your face from the moonlight? Unless you are a beastly looking person there is absolutely no reason to have a head covered at night.

I live in an affluent area in the Northeast DD...a city neighborhood near a town center. Kids of all colors walk the streets with hoodies pulled up over their heads..at all times day or night. It's a fashion statement period. And it was a fashion statement long before Martin died. I don't happen to like it because I think it's more appropriate to wear to a gym than anywhere else but people wear them cause they're comfortable. Heck..these high schoolers around here wear hoodies in 20 degree weather..freezing their butts off.

So what does Martin wearing a hoodie have to do with this case?

Also it isn't known nor probably will EVER be known who threw the first punch. Zimmerman says, I believe, that Martin threw the first one but there's no corroboration to his story and his credibility is shot...oops, rather he has no credibility at this point (in my estimation) because he's a bold face liar...and so is his wife.

With all due respect DD say baloney. I have an 'Old Guys Rule' hoodie and I wear it all the time (much to my gf's dismay = LOL!). I certainly doesn't mean I'm going to commit a crime. Does this give Old Nellie's the right to follow me in their car, get out and follow me in foot?

Well.....a person IS innocent until proven guilty right??? IMO...SO FAR, all the evidence tells me (if I were sitting on the jury) that he was acting in self defense. Are you saying Zimmerman followed him in his car, got out, and then started the whole thing? I need to see where 1) he has said he is bi, and 2) he followined the kid in his car, got out, and then asked him to identify himself.

As for your hoodie, I seriously doubt you wear it out at night in someone else's neighborhood just walking around. And if you do, and someone asks why you are there, aren't you going to give an answer? Or are you just going to ignore the person asking who you are and keep on walking? I think not.

We can talk about this all night, but until the trial and all of the discovery is disclosed, we really don't know diddly. NBC should fry for what has happened with this thing. Hell, it's become almost bigger than the OJ debacle.
