Actually, as a person who stands for truth, liberty and justice for all, I think they SHOULD get them. It would pretty much end the debate on whether she was being truthful or not as far as her account goes. It would also shed light on whether or not Zimmmerman said anything to Martin (which he denies but again, is a proven liar) or was he simply attacked from behind for no reason as he walked back to his car like he says. If her story is correct, Zimmerman comes across to Martin as a 'gangbanger' protecting his turf and the nose punch is completely justified. On the other hand, if she's lying, she pretty well fucks up the case against Zimmerman.

I just wish others here were as unbiased as I am.

Seriously? I've just said, 'get the evidence' his attorneys ask for and if it exonerates him great! And if not, so be it! So unlike you, I'm willing to consider him innocent OR guilty depending on the evidence. How is that horrendously biased or irrational? Can you honestly say the same?

But you are constantly belittling Zimmy and his legal team AND the constant smart alec hoodie remarks. You have never made a post considering his innocence.

My post goes far beyond responding to your specific post cited. You also made biased statements about Zimmerman in your post.

Regardless, Phoebe agrees with me. A little fact that you are running from like a scalded dog! LOL!

And you, DD & MFAS constantly make smart alec hoodie remarks in the other direction. At the end of the day we ALL have gut feelings about this case and this is a discussion greoup not a jury. Like one of your fellow conservatives, SPN, my gut also says guilty, however, this post rose above that with the observation that here is a piece of evidence that the defense wants and I agree with them and you have a problem with that? Jeesh! It sounds to me like you're so prejudiced that even if the recording supports Trayon's version, you wouldn't like it. I'm surprised at you - not at MFAS but you, yes!

I can be unbiased about this Vag. Just show me the evidence; in that respect I totally agree with you. But if anybody is walking in my neighborhood after dark in a hoodie, then I'm gonna think it's a hoodlum. Because nobody in my neighborhood is out wearing hoodies after dark unless they're walking their dogs or something.

Then I think we're examples of people with differing gut feelings about his guilt yet both quite willing to reverse our opinions if shown otherwise.

Unfortunately others have gut feelings yet let these gut feelings trump any consideration of another possibility.

Au contraire senor.There have been a lot of threads on this topic since it came up and initially I was very clear that IMO he was innocent until proven guilty. I certainly don't have time to track them nor do I care that much which way the case goes but that was my stance. Actually it was SPN that I identified with the most - innocent until proven guilty but having the STRONG gut feeling he was guilty since, as she pointed out, he was the perp in that if he stays in his car, as directed by the police dispatcher, nothing happens. From that toime on, I've enjoyed playing Devil's Advocate since we have so many hippocrits here. Ie, let's take poor Drew Peterson. Not a shred of evidence, not even a body yet Phoebe has strongly stated he's guilty. Hell, we don't even know if she's dead!

It's a fucking chat board, I've been right before and I've been wrong before.
I always admit the possibility I could be wring yet we have a guy here who thinks he's never been wrong - LOL.

Disussion is good, repression or either side is bad. I can handle it, some can't. No BFD. :cool:

Yes, that's my opinion yet I always say let the jury decide. I've never once heard you state the 'possibility' of Zimmie being guilty - have you? And I just stated I'd like to see him get the evidence his lawyers want because he could be innocent - good grief, gimmeee a break and look in the mirror at your own opinionated self.

Here's one for ya, Free poor Drew Peterson. Where's the body? :cool:
