Zimmy update

He is not obligated to follow police instruction

Huh? This is the pofficial transcript - it's posted at least 20 times. It's called obstruction of justice unless you kill someone - then it's worse. Ask a cop sometime, "Officer, if I report a possible crime scene and you give me instructions as to how I should behave at that scene - I'm not obligated to follow those instructions am I?"

MF, you've just crossed over into nitwit land. Go to bed and STFU.

No I've not crossed over into the land in which you live.

Not a crime scene yet.
Public area.
Not talking to an officer, only a dispatcher.
No officer on the scene yet.
Huge Difference between a direct order from an officer at an active crime
scene and a remote phone instruction by a dispatcher.
If Zimmerman had done something wrong then why wasn't he charged as such?

I think he was - Murder 2. Judges instruction will probably include Manslaughter and that should be easy. And when he gets out his life is fucked forever of his own volition.

Why do you insist on making yourself look foolish? I was obviously referring to his behavior prior to having to shoot Martin in self defense. If Zimmermans life is messed up it will be the fault of a violent young punk. Zimmerman was trying to be an asset to his community.

I'm not a lawyer or anything but if he is tried for 2nd degree murder I don't think a judge can tell a jury if you don't think it was second degree murder you can choose manslaughter, or jaywalking, or littering, just find him guilty of something...
but like I say, I could be wrong

Yeah, you could be wrong, but I think the same way. The judge hopefully can't get the prosecutor off the hook when they overcharge in a case by giving the jury a chance to convict on a lower charge.

I don't know whether to laugh or to vomit.

Some interesting information:

Second degree murder cases often involve a death that allegedly occurred because of a heat of passion or act that was so dangerous is warrants a criminal action be brought against the Defendant. The classic example is the spouse who finds their partner having an affair with another person and immediately acts to kill either the partner or the partner's lover. In order to convict a defendant in Florida of Second-degree murder, the State of Florida must prove the following three elements beyond a reasonable doubt:

The victim is dead; Travon is dead
The death was caused by the criminal act of the defendant; It was not a criminal act, IMO -- rather it was a knee-jerk reaction
There was an unlawful killing of the victim by an act imminently dangerous to another and demonstrating a depraved mind without regard for human life. Not for a minute do I think or believe Zimmerman was demonstrating a depraved mind without regard for human life

Sorry, Vag, but he's probably going to walk. Just like OJ......which was a hell of a lot more heinous than this one....and was definitely premeditated.

Well then, I feel bad for poooor Drew Peterson, convicted on zero evidence. That's all I can say.

Yeah, he WAS convicted on zero evidence; it was all circumstantial....and his prior actions as well as actions after his wife's/baby murder.

But then again, look at OJ, who DID literally get away with murder.

It just depends on the mood of the jury, defense attorney, and the weather.

Comon! easy on the Juice!

Just wait. It's done all the time. If his team has a brain, they'll ask the judge to do it so they can go for a light sentence and possible probation. If he lands in jail, he'll have so many black dicks stuck in him that if you turned him inside out, he'd look like a porcupine.

If justice is served, he walks. Lots of you Zimmerman bashers don't realize what his defense team has to work with and how weak the prosecutions case is.

Yeah and one day after June 10, 2013, we'll all hear a giant popping sound...

^That would be MFAS's head coming out of his ass when he realizes how wrong he's been about the subject from the beginning when the jury finds GZ guilty of murder 2.

More like you reinserting yours when he walks. After all, you can't a thallus take the chance of learning anything so back your head will go!
