Au contraire senor.There have been a lot of threads on this topic since it came up and initially I was very clear that IMO he was innocent until proven guilty. I certainly don't have time to track them nor do I care that much which way the case goes but that was my stance. Actually it was SPN that I identified with the most - innocent until proven guilty but having the STRONG gut feeling he was guilty since, as she pointed out, he was the perp in that if he stays in his car, as directed by the police dispatcher, nothing happens. From that toime on, I've enjoyed playing Devil's Advocate since we have so many hippocrits here. Ie, let's take poor Drew Peterson. Not a shred of evidence, not even a body yet Phoebe has strongly stated he's guilty. Hell, we don't even know if she's dead!

Why should he? There is virtually no evidence pointing to him being guilty that has come to the public's attention. There's lots of evidence that he was trying to be an asset to his community and to help others, often African Americans.
