Any truth to the rumor that the big dogs have been interviewing for new management in KC and the decision has been made? Heard they were in town recently and only a couple select reps knew.
 
































All of us on the team know something will change soon but nobody knows for sure what or who it is. Fresh start will be welcomed by most except for the older guys who have big teams to pay for.
 








Mason Jones should have never been replaced. Stacy and Jackie ARE the problem and have to be removed. Good group of experienced reps looking for a strong leader to change things up!
 








Stacy has only been there a year and inherited a mess with the Biomet change. He deserves a shot but Jackie has been there in charge for several years and hasn't got one rep who would miss her. She made the mess and only adds to the dysfunction! Backorders, product not shipping because of FDA issues only make the problem worse
 








This office sucks! Both managers hate each other, the Zimmer reps hate the Biomet reps, Biomet reps hate the Zimmer reps. There is no ZB, it's us versus them on both sides. Even the office staff can't stand the management! It's bad.
 
















You guys in KC are living in a dream world if you think your deals are protected with a change. Probably why the change will happen, the new guy will make the changes and corporate is free and clear.
 








What corporate deals? This is a problem when nationally others are treated differently. We all signed our contracts early on and were good soldiers and got worse deals then those who weren't team players! What is the standard deal normal reps get anyway?
