I know it’s just semantics but I’m not sure that they both just flat out lie but instead mislead, have secret deals, don’t give all of the story, and withhold information when asked questions. Wait a minute...maybe they are liars! Great place to work!
 
































Stryker is way worse and Depuy is about the same. 8% and pay all of your expenses basically with kickers for growth on obscure products. We all know some others are getting more.
 
























The old Biomet guys are not signing anything. A few of them absolutely make more in commission. Every half point to a point Jackie/ Stacy takes from a Zimmer rep they give to them. Shell game where guys get lied to so they can keep the Topeka guy quiet!
 








You are correct sir! Every quarter of a point that they shave goes to keep the Biomet guys quiet. Lies continue to divide the teams. Wearing guys out and eventually everyone will sign, same old story.
 








Stryker is a no go, a total non starter. 6-6.5% commission rate is brutal. You guys need to take the 8% and run. Depuy is going to recall the Attune probably pretty soon so there is no place to go. You guys need to sign up and shut up.
 








Not sure what you guys are whining about. Most of the managers that I know lie on a regular basis. 8% is as good as it gets. Management always squeezes commission from the weak to give to the strong. That’s life!

I just signed with Smith Nephew. Good rate and products. Couldn’t be happier I switched so fuck off. Only thing I wish I did different was “literally” wipe my ass with my old contract that I didn’t sign and give it back. You know who I am assholes!
 
























It’s called corporate survival. Management lies to get things done, they lie to shut people up, they lie keep the machine moving. Everyone will sign because management always wins. It’s the same deal everyone has, 8% is great in this environment!

It's getting a bit old to see the same person post the same drivel over and over and over again. Why don't you just make good on your claim to have all those wonderful job offers and get the fuck out?
