ZB Surgical

Big dollar corporate investments going to SET not surgical + GR running (sprinting) from surgical + Top reps leaving + totalshield and power the only "innovation" = Surgical (otherdivision) death spiral...

In all fairness, the investment in relign and incisive was made after years of work by GR. He also can be credited with many of the other products that will be transferred from Surgical to SET. Bigger question is who will be left holding the bag at Surgical? MS? CW?

Doesn't matter who brought the products in I just know we don't have them!!! Guessing a couple RDs will take a bullet first then CW - followed up by surgical going back to recon. MS is El Bull's boy so he's probably protected. Covid needs to goes away early in '21 for the job market to open up!

The crew in BH are in denial and have no idea what's coming.

They can't be giving surgical back to recon reps, we've all moved on once they stopped paying us. Sold 6 intellicarts on our own, we did the demo, surgical rep just had the demos delivered. He never even showed up at the account.

The purchase closed after the first of the year, meaning we got 0$ for it, it all went to surgical. So when it came time to do the in-service, guess which rep couldn't do it? Yes, the surgical rep who got all the money from the sale asked us to do the in-service.

We now tell accounts to just purchase surgical items from other vendors, unless it's one of the few items we get paid for

Who's going to ACTUALLY sell and service the new power to orthopedic surgeons? A surgical rep that has no relationship with the surgeon and doesn't know the first thing about the procedure or the recon team?

That’s what Stryker does. Pays the new fresh rep out of college next to nothing to baby sit an account for a year before becoming an actual sales rep.

No one wants the power. It's garbage. Same with the surgical helmets.

We've gotten plenty of demos, you can't give them away. Surgeons hate them, staff hate them.
