Large corporations never hire execs and then either move them or let them go early in their tenure... never happens (ha)!!! Power is going to be sold either into ASC's to ZB surgeons (ASC sales team and recon relationships) or small hospitals (recon relationships). May not get rid of surgical but will probably look different. What other products are there? All the new stuff went somewhere else... Here's to hoping on '21

The Other division already reports into another division. Announcement to come out January 4.
 






So what is going to happen on January 4th? They just layoff the entire division that day? The next day? Tell each rep to go unplug every intellicart in the country (leap day style)? My money is we’ll be employed on Jan 5

On January 5 you will report into Sports or Recon. If there is already a decent Sports or Recon Rep in your territory, you'll probably be let go.

No way everyone gets laid off. Probably integrate and scale back over time. Not replace reps and managers when they leave. etc... Is the GR era at surgical finally over?

I agree, they are not just going to dissolve the division. A possible restructure yes, but not a complete shutdown of it. They would have to pay all reps a nice chunk of change if they closed the doors on the division and let reps go. As far as GR his balls have to been on the chopping block. I can see him being axed potentially. Mr.come on let’s go has to see through his BS.

ZB is bad enough. But the Other division is in another realm. Held together by gum and duct tape. Good luck to recon and sports. They are getting a huge steaming mess.
