Brutal. Hanson didn't even throw Surgical a bone by renaming "Other" to be more inclusive. How $hitty is morale today in BH and Dover? GR, you're definitely winning!

If you are in surgical, I’d pack your bags before ZB does it for you. Greg Roche is a pint size slimeball who was certainly nursed for too long. He continues to suckle off the teet of ZB and crap out business plans that will stink up an entire division.

It is really hard to sustain a capital business over time that really does not sell capital. You can only give stuff away for so long. We need a pipeline of products! The only product that we are actually selling right now doesn't even have a ZB logo on it! Between Surgical, mymobility and rosa have we actually sold anything.. Leadership above the RDs have never really carried the bag. GR claims to have but was in the field for less than 2 years. #freestuff #smokeandmirrors #makesurgicalgreatagain

That won't happen. Surgical was doomed the minute they took it away from the Territory Reps.

In my career, Surgical had without a doubt , the absolute worst management team combined with the worst products.

Not sure on BF - He's still here at surgical/other. GR is on his 3rd sales leader in 18 months for Rosa - I'm sure it won't be long before they're going to the house of cards strategy.
